Melton Care Services are very friendly and welcoming team, who I really enjoy working for.
I joined Melton Care Services after being on maternity leave from another care company. Melton Care Services was very welcoming and accommodating with hours to work around childcare.
I started as a carer and progressed onto become a senior to work with a great team, which has then lead to me becoming a schedular.
I started work as a Carer for Melton Care Services a year ago. I was a bit dubious about applying as I had never done care work before. I needn’t have worried though, as the training you receive is second to none and you are not sent out “on the road” until you are fully competent and confident. There is a great team of Carers, everyone is friendly and they are there to support both the clients and each other. The Office Staff are always approachable and helpful and at the end of the phone whenever you need them. No two days are ever the same as a Carer and I can honestly say it is the most rewarding and satisfying job I have had.
