I started work as a Carer for Melton Care Services a year ago. I was a bit dubious about applying as I had never done care work before. I needn’t have worried though, as the training you receive is second to none and you are not sent out “on the road” until you are fully competent and confident. There is a great team of Carers, everyone is friendly and they are there to support both the clients and each other. The Office Staff are always approachable and helpful and at the end of the phone whenever you need them. No two days are ever the same as a Carer and I can honestly say it is the most rewarding and satisfying job I have had.
